When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, contact details, dates, guest count and message you choose to provide. These details are used to respond to your enquiry, plan a possible stay or event and keep a record of the conversation.

What we collect

We collect only the form information you submit. We do not ask for payment-card numbers or identity documents on this website.

How your enquiry is handled

Your submitted details are stored in the venue's booking-enquiry records and accessible only to authorized staff. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or authorize a payment.

To ask about access, correction or removal of enquiry information, contact rands@equip.co.za. A full operator-approved privacy policy, retention timetable and data-responsibility statement must be published before the website is launched publicly.
